About Melisse Weber


Melisse Weber has over 15 years of teaching experience, in private, classroom and theater settings. As a theater and music teacher, she worked to develop an in depth and unique curriculum to nurture the child's early musical and confidence building experiences. For over six years, Ms. Weber participated as an Artist-In-Residence with Tri-Cities Opera’s educational/outreach program, Opera Go Round. This program brings tailored musical theater and opera to children of all ages and includes master classes, lectures, and children’s performances. Ms. Weber has a Bachelor’s Degree in voice performance and a Master’s degree in Opera Performance. Her performance credits include, Carmen, Donna Elvira, Babba, Prince Orlofsky and Maddelena, among others. In addition to her many stage credits, Ms. Weber has maintained a private voice studio, working with people of all ages and skill levels, helping singers learn a technique to better the vocal quality and longevity of their voices, regardless of the music they prefer.


Teaching Philosophy:

Melisse loves the variety of ages in her studio. Children in elementary school through retired people looking to have fun with music!!
